After the “Cartridge 1 empty” message, you have replaced the phase 1 cartridge and want to replace the phase 2 cartridge at the same time. Due to the replacement of the phase 1 cartridge (shown as empty), the value is automatically reset to “Full” after the question “Would you like to change the chemicals?”. Despite reinserting the phase 2 cartridge, you were not able to reset the fill level for the phase 2 cartridge.
In the Settings/TwinDos/Detergent type menu, change the type of detergent to multi-purpose detergent, for example.
Save this setting.
Use the programme selector Standby to switch the washing machine off.
Use the programme selector Standby to switch the washing machine on again.
Change the detergent type back to “Phase 1 and phase 2”.
Use the programme selector Standby to switch the washing machine off.
Use the programme selector Standby to switch the washing machine on again.
Following the detergent quantity settings, the fill level will be corrected back to “Full”.
A full cartridge must be inserted in order for this to happen.
You can also set phase 1 to “Full” in this way.
