Check whether the laundry is clean. If it is not, there may not have been enough detergent.
Wash the laundry again if necessary.
Remove the cartridge if it is not detected.
Ensure that the two small switches located in the TwinDos compartment on the back of the washing machine are freely movable.
Reinsert the new cartridge.
Acknowledge the displayed question with OK/Yes. This resets the counter for the number of uses back to 0.
