“TwinDos” has not been selected.
The quantity of detergent dispensed will depend on the degree of soiling of the laundry and the water hardness. “TwinDos” cannot be selected in the “Silks” or “Woollens” programmes.
Always check that “TwinDos” has been selected before starting a programme.
Make sure that the cartridges for UltraPhase 1 and 2 have been inserted into the correct compartments.
Check the dispensing quantities.
Information about the correct dispensing quantities is printed on the side of the detergent cartridges.
