There is a technical fault.
Switch off the washing machine/washer-dryer.
If possible, disconnect the washing machine/washer-dryer from the mains by pulling out the mains plug.
Reconnect the washing machine/washer-dryer to the mains.
Switch on the washing machine/washer-dryer.
Start the programme again.
If the fault persists, please contact Miele Customer Service or book a repair appointment online.
If the washing machine/washer-dryer has a single-line display, press the V sensor control so that the fault number appears on the display. Give the Miele Customer Service Department the fault number when you get in touch.
