The hot water stopcock has not been opened.
Terminate the wash programme.
Open the hot water stopcock.
Select the programme and start it again.

Fault F15
Fault F15 is shown on the display of the washing machine/washer-dryer. The water inlet is blocked or restricted.
The hot water inlet filter is soiled.
Clean the hot water inlet filter:
Turn off the hot water stopcock.
Unscrew the water inlet hose from the hot water stopcock.
Remove the rubber seal (1) from the recess.
Hold the free end of the water inlet hose upside down.
The plastic filter (2) will fall out.
Clean the hot water inlet filter.
Never forget to put the hot water inlet filter back in place after cleaning.
Reassemble in reverse order.
Turn on the hot water stopcock and check that the connection is watertight.
If water drips out, tighten the connection.
The hot water flow pressure in the water supply pipe is too low.
With the hot water stopcock fully open, at least 5 l of water should flow from it within 15 s.
Contact the facility manager or a plumber.
The water connection pressure in the water supply pipe is too low and cannot be increased.
