Technical fault.
Switch off the washing machine.
If possible, disconnect the washing machine from the mains by pulling out the plug.
Reconnect the washing machine to the mains.
Switch on the washing machine.
Start the programme again.
If the fault persists, please contact Miele Customer Service or book a repair appointment online.
If the washing machine has a single-line display, press the V sensor control so that the fault number appears on the display. Give the Miele Customer Service Department the fault number when you get in touch.
