The load is too small. The electronic modules could not assess the residual moisture correctly.
In future, use a timed drying programme or dry individual items using the Warm air programme.

Laundry too damp after drying
The laundry is still too damp after being dried in the washer-dryer. The message Check load appears on the display.
During the spin cycle, the laundry formed a ring in the drum because the laundry was distributed unevenly.
Open the door and loosen the laundry.
Select a lower spin speed.
Start the drying programme again.
The Pre-ironing Extra (if available) was selected.
Unload the laundry and place it on hangers to finish drying.
Warm laundry can feel damp.
Spread the laundry out to cool it down.
