There is a technical fault. The ambient temperature is too low.
The washer-dryer must not be placed in a cold room with temperatures below 7 degrees.
Disconnect the washer-dryer from the electricity supply. Switch off at the wall and withdraw the plug from the socket, or disconnect the fuse.
Wait at least 2 minutes before reconnecting the washer-dryer to the electricity supply.
Switch the washer-dryer back on.
Restart the programme.
