Fault F20 or Heating fault is shown on the display of the washing machine/washer-dryer.
The Thermostop function ensures that the set programme temperature is reached.
The Thermostop starts if the set temperature has not been reached within the specified time. Whilst Thermostop is running, the time left display pauses.
As soon as the required temperature is reached, the wash programme resumes and the time left display starts to run down again.
Disconnect the washing machine/washer-dryer from the electricity supply. Switch off at the wall and withdraw the plug from the socket, or disconnect the fuse.
Wait at least 2 minutes before reconnecting the washing machine to the electricity supply.
Switch the washing machine on again.
Restart the programme.
