The steam oven has not been used for a very long time. This has caused the feed pump to dry out.

Fault F10
Fault F10 is shown on the display of the steam oven/combination steam oven. There is a water inlet fault.
The black suction hose in the water container is not inserted correctly or not vertical.
The black suction hose in the water container is missing or is not secure.
Reattach the suction hose correctly.
Correct the position of the suction hose.
If the suction hose is missing, leaking or faulty (e.g. cracked), it must be replaced.

An osmosis system is being used in your building.
If an osmosis system is in operation, it may reduce the conductivity of the water. The water hardness must be at least 1 °dH (= 30 µS per cm = 15 ppm). If the conductivity of the water is too low, the electrode inside the steam generator is not able to detect the water. Fault F10 (no fill level) is displayed.
Check whether the osmosis system can be switched off.
If the osmosis system can't be switched off, add a pinch of salt to the water in the water container to increase the conductivity.
