There is a software fault.
The RemoteUpdate to software version 124 will remedy the fault.
Switch the robot vacuum cleaner off with the I/0 switch. The switch is located on the side of the robot vacuum cleaner.
Switch the robot vacuum cleaner on again with the I/0 switch (restart).
Open the Miele Scout app.
After 3–5 minutes, a pop-up is displayed indicating that an update is available.
To install software version 124, follow the instructions in the Miele Scout app.
This may need to be done twice if the update server is busy.
