The “Moisture plus” operating mode has not been used for a very long time. The pump diaphragm has dried up and is no longer pumping water through the water intake pipe.
Open the appliance door.
Pull the water intake pipe forwards (located below the control panel on the left).
Attach the plastic hose to the water intake pipe; see figure.
Use the plastic hose supplied for descaling.
Fill a disposable syringe or bladder syringe with approx. 100 ml of fresh water.
Attach the syringe to the other end of the plastic hose; see figure.
Switch the oven on.
Start the “Moisture plus” operating mode with a manual burst of steam.
When the display indicates that the intake process has started, inject the water.
The pump diaphragm is moistened and operates normally again.
Release the burst of steam and wait until the burst of steam has finished. The applications that use moisture are available to use again.
