FoodView image is black
FoodView: the image taken in the oven compartment is black.
The baking tray is positioned on a shelf level that is too high: the baking tray has been placed on shelf level 4 or 5.
Place the baking tray on shelf level 1, 2 or 3.
There is no food inside the oven compartment.
Only the food should be visible in the image displayed in the app. The software blacks out all other areas of the oven compartment (except the area in which the food is located). If there is no food inside the oven compartment, the image will appear black.
Do not use the FoodView function if there is no food inside the oven compartment.
The oven compartment lighting has been switched off during the cooking process.
The oven compartment lighting is switched on during the entire cooking process to ensure the ideal image quality. If the lighting is switched off during the cooking process, it will not switch itself back on automatically.
