The circulation pump is blocked.
In longer breaks between wash/rinse cycles (lasting weeks or months at a time), or when using for the first time, the pump may become dry and stick together.
Risk of scalding.
Contact with hot water can cause scalding.
Take care with heated water.
Do not use excessively hot water (max. 75 °C).
Remove the lower spray arm.
Remove the filter combination.
Pour 1 litre of warm water (max. 75 °C) with 3 to 5 drops of rinse aid into the dishwasher interior.
Leave the solution to work for 5 minutes.
Refit the filter combination.
Refit the lower spray arm.
Ensure that the filter combination lies flat in the base of the wash cabinet.
Start the programme again.
Repeat the process 2 to 3 times.
