A piece of coffee bean or a complete bean has worked its way between the bean portioning unit selection discs.
As a result, the correct selection of the desired bean container is adversely affected.
To remove the piece of coffee bean or the complete bean from the bean portioning unit, initialise the bean portioning unit twice:
Switch the coffee machine off.
Wait 2 minutes.
Switch the coffee machine on.
Order a coffee drink.
Switch the coffee machine off.
Wait 2 minutes.
Switch the coffee machine on again.
The piece of coffee bean or the complete bean is carried out of the bean portioning unit.
