The maintenance container or another container is very close to the rear panel or is touching the rear panel of the coffee machine. The rim of the container is not clearly recognised by the automatic spout adjustment.
To ensure that the automatic spout adjustment can clearly recognise the rim of the container, the maintenance container or other containers must not be too close to the rear panel of the coffee machine or touch the rear panel.
Place the maintenance container or other containers further forward under the central spout.
