Invalid security key
Fault code 401 means that the secure connection between your terminal device and the Miele server has been interrupted or has become invalid. This can be caused by a change to the user account (if a new password has been requested via myMiele Club, for example). If you then select an action in the app without logging out and back in again, this message will be displayed.
Log out of the Miele app (Profile > Profile settings > Log out) and then log back in again.
