Cannot pair robot vacuum cleaner

The robot vacuum cleaner cannot be paired. The robot vacuum cleaner is not found in the Scout app or the server connection fails. The WiFi symbol on the robot vacuum cleaner is flashing and Pair is shown again on the display after a few moments.

The router has been replaced or the WiFi password has been changed.

Set up the WiFi connection again as follows:

  1. Press and hold the WIFI button on the remote control included with the robot vacuum cleaner until PaIR appears on the robot vacuum cleaner display.

    The login details for the home WiFi network are reset.

  2. Complete the pairing process for your robot vacuum cleaner in the app again so that the WiFi connection to the home network can be re-established.

The robot vacuum cleaner is then shown as a connected appliance in the app again.

If the WiFi password is entered via a password manager on the smartphone, the password also needs to be changed in the password manager. Otherwise, enter the WiFi password manually using the smartphone’s keypad.

There is a problem with the user login.

Completely uninstall the Scout app.

Download the Scout app again from the App Store.

Install the Scout app.

Log in again.

Start pairing the robot vacuum cleaner.
