You have the option of selecting various extras for a wash programme, either via the Miele app or directly on the Miele washing machine. For some washing machines, the Miele app even had additional extras that could only be selected via the Miele app and not via the washing machine’s control panel. This led to a number of queries in the past. To ensure a standardised user experience, Miele has adapted the appliance software of the affected washing machines. The new appliance software was provided in stages and automatically installed on the washing machines.
After updating the appliance software, you cannot select any additional extras for the wash programme in the Miele app. You can only select extras in the Miele app that can also be selected via the washing machine’s control panel.
